MELMAC SURVEY

MLTI Laptop Program 17-18
MSAD#55 is participating in the Maine Learning Technology Initiative (MLTI).  This program is providing Apple MacBook Air Laptop learning devices to all our students in grades 7-12 for equal access to curriculum, learning tools, and assessment in all classes.  Our "Go Home" plan is aligned with the MLTI design that looks to provide at home access to the MLTI student laptop.  A use fee of $40 is required for the take home privilege.

"New 8-12" students beginning the 17-18 MLTI Take Home Program should first watch this short 2017 Laptop Meeting recording and then contact Mrs. McNulty for SVHS (207 625-3208) or Mr. McLaughlin the Technology Director (207 625-2490).  We want to make sure all parents have a clear understanding of the laptop Go Home program and that their students have a successful year learning with this great laptop technology.

8-12 parents that attended the Laptop Meeting last year may send the Go Home Plan form with their participation fee in to school with their student.  No laptops are permitted to leave school buildings without participation in the Go Home Program.
