Bills have been paid

Freezer- Kelli let us know that the freezer had already been given away and we decided just to keep our eyes and ears open for any good deals.


Chewonki-        Wendy will call to get prices and available dates for June.

Book Fair-        We sold $1063 and all was sent to Scholastic because the “Buy One Get One Free” is not a fundraiser.

Field Day-        Kim and Kelli have volunteered to help on Field Day, which is Thursday, May 22nd, we will still need three-                four more volunteers for Fred Morrill.

Field Day Shirts-    PTC will donate $3 towards the cost of each shirt that is needed for Field Day, a notice will be sent home.

School Field Trip-    It was discussed that the staff will talk and decide where the school will go on a field trip this spring.

Space Day-        Space day will be 5/9 in the morning and we have been asked if the Planetarium could come here on 5/8 in the                 morning with their display.  The PTC decided to pay the $50 needed to have the Planetarium come here.  

Spring Toys-    Rhonda is putting together an order for some sturdy spring toys for the playground.

Teacher Appreciation Week-    May 4th-10th is Teacher Appreciation Week, we have volunteers for lunch for Mon.-                        Thurs.: Rhonda-Monday, Kim-Tuesday, Kelli-Wednesday, Wendy-Thursday. We will either buy them lunch on Friday or get them a small gift around $5-7 each.  Sue said that she was going to do her own thing, something like last year.      

Playground Construction:    Kelli said her husband will start work on a playhouse if PTC will donate the lumber,  Sue’s husband will create specs for him to go by, they may start work on it for the summer to maybe have next fall.

Next and Last Mtg. will be May 7th, hope to see you then!
